Lascaux Acrylic Adhesive 498HV is a heat activated acrylic adhesive. It is acid free with a pH level of 8-9.
Produces a tough clear film which is lightfast, age-resistant and is extremely tensile.
It can be diluted with water when wet, once dry it is insoluble in water however it remains soluble in acetone, ethanol, toluene, xylene. Insoluble in white spirit.
Lascaux Acrylic Adhesive 498 HV has a strong elongation at break, and is suitable for wet and dry applications (reactivated with solvents).
Minimum sealing temperature: 68-76°C
