Lascaux 4176 - Medium for Consolidation is a finely dispersed, liquid form of an acrylic copolymer. Further diluted with water, it is soluble esters, acetone and MEK.
It dries to a clear, flexible film that is light-fast and age-resistant. Due to its low viscosity, this medium has excellent penetrating abilities which allows for safe and efficient consolidation.
