This acrylic resin has been used in conservation for many years, mainly as a consolidant. Soluble in acetone and toluene, it can also be used as a fixative and an adhesive for glass and ceramics. Dries clear and is non yellowing. Used to protect fossils, to repair ceramics & glassware, fill cracks, seal plaster and many other applications.
When diluted in acetone, it is used as the isolating layers for numbering objects in collections.
